Low End Box dead pool is a gathering place of budget VPS/dedicated server providers who died. What marks a provider dead?

• Domain expired
• IP address no longer resolves
• Web server no longer connects
• Web site gives back error (40x, 50x, etc)
• Web site redirects to another domain
• Web site consists of stock HTML from web server. For example Apache directory listing page or testing page.

At the end of each month, I will remove providers who have been dead for more than 7 days from provider tracker into the dead pool. A blog post will be made about the providers who have died in the previous month.
