what does that means?
does that means they used warez whmcs or not?
that page should be show us the whmcs license such as
https://my.frantech.ca/cart.php?licensedebug&forceremote
but it show us only the "sorry"?means waht?
I'm not sure, but didn't people make "forceremote" return crap during the time WHMCS was hacked and actually executing a license check would take WHMCS down?
I had never checked a license =P ty
@gsrdgrdghd is correct. Executing the forceremote (I think) when the license server is offline will cause the WHMCS installation to disable itself.

I have added a more descriptive message to the license check, but yes, it has been disabled during the hacking of whmcs.
You can verify it here: http://www.whmcs.com/members/verifydomain.php/
