Asuming they use apache vhost feature, just point your domains to the IP and should autowork.
yes, apache with vhost enabled. and assume my vps's ip address is 1.2.3.4
do you means i set A record inside dns.he.net
MyWeb1.com 1.2.3.4
MyWeb2.com 1.2.3.4
MyWeb3.com 1.2.3.4
and apache will do the rest ( point to correct website)

If you are using zPanel. I prefer to add the domain using domain manager.
you would still be better off with an external DNS.
Add the domain manually, but dont point your registrar directly tot he VPS, use an external one first, it probably has more features and more uptime, not to mention you are able to keep all domains same place, even if you registered in the 4 corners of the world.
