You know, its hard to get a log of IPS when you already have thousands of legitimate ones.
I have no idea who Neo is, however there are sites that are years old that posted that key. How i caught it - I had a screenshot sent by someone, who was trying to validate it.. And when I saw the key I remembered that I used it myself..2-3 years ago . My point is that you should not be selling cracked windows VPS. They might be backdoored and some users actually need their data to be safe. For example, I am (was) ASP.NET developer for some time and did a couple of projects, in that time used a couple of VPS. I would never consider a provider with cracked windows for my production server. Not trying to trash your sales, or offend you. I personally have nothing against you, just dont thing it is legal / ethical to do so.

Theres a tool called brush and paint, I simply scratched out my IP, somthing I failed to do before hand.
