    Posting Offers
Members must have 5 posts and have been registered for 7 days to be allowed to post in this forum.
You must have a website with a proper ordering system. "Email me to get this deal" does not count.
VPS offers only. No shared hosting, cloud hosting or other products where the actual users do not get root or Administrator account.
Low End offers only. Currently a price point must be met

USD$7/month recurring on monthly billing, with no setup fee, or
USD$60/year recurring on annual billing, with no setup fee, if the provider has been in business for more than a year.
For currency other than USD, use the foreign exchange on the day of posting to verify the cost fits the requirement.
Do not list packages that do not pass the pricing test, even if you have one or more that do.
Maximum 1 post per provider per 14 days. More frequent than that would be regarded as spams and posts will be removed.
Using a nulled WHMCS grants you a lifetime ban on LowEndBox and LowEndTalk.
Providers under 12 months old need to display valid Public WHOIS information on their domain.

Please be informative in your offers. Please list out basic specifications (amount of memory, storage space, monthly data/bandwidth and port speed), virtualization method (Xen, OpenVZ, KVM, etc), data center location and a test IP would be ideal.

    @Damian said: Srsly?

Actually I do not see that absolutely wrong. Lets say you have someone hosting child porn on your servers, won't you report him, without informing him?

Well I signed up for the free thing, seems like it is pro-rated at some point and it is not free, but still was not billed. We will see once I get my VPS how it performs.

  • Each party acknowledges that it has no power or authority to bind the other on any agreement and that it will not represent to any person that it has such power or authority.

So you've excluded yourself from your own AUP and TOS?

    Isn't

The terms on Customer's purchase order or other business forms are not binding on SSDVM unless they are expressly incorporated into a formal written agreement signed by both parties.

    mutually exclusive of:

This Agreement together with the Order and AUP constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supercedes and replace any prior understanding or communication, written or oral.

    and/or

The Customer is deemed to have agreed to this Agreement when commencing use of any of SSDVM’s Services.

Uhm, yeah? NVM, i think I missunderstood something.

we all agree but you carnt use child porn as the same excuse all the time. What about copyright? . and i believe they are an israeli company so israeli laws apply (And there quite strict)

  • You may NOT publish or transmit via SSDVM's service any content that SSDVM reasonably believes: (snip) otherwise result in retaliation against SSDVM by offended viewers

    Any examples?

I'm not sure what are you getting at with those 2 posts. Can you perhaps describe your complaint in more detail, rather than simple copypasta? Which of the rules they violated? Is there something wrong with this license?

Yes, of course. I was just giving an example of something that can easily be applied to the above TOS part that Damian quoted.

The license was registered yesterday, which means nothing.

Damian is pointing out some weird parts of their TOS.

Yes they listed the $8 package, but doesn't this apply and bring the price down?

and 30% Off all our other plans ( 10% Off additional on our 20% ongoing sale using exclusive promo code : LET10)

Ah I see it does, but not enough indeed. It'll be $7.20 with that coupon.

  • It specifies recurring. They're only giving 10% recurring on the $8 plan. I think. The text is confusing, not sure what "our other plans" are...

  • Free thing is free. :D

  • Just signed up for one anyways and yes does looks like its from OVH.

Setup was instant and i've only managed to log in solus to check out what Os templates they have - standard centos/debian/fedora/scientific/opnsuse and ubuntu. Granted that its almost 2 am here and i have shit tons of work this week, i'll only get to play with this puppy on the weekends =-(.

Btw, its openvz for those who is wondering what virtualization it is on.

And still waiting to receive myne.

  • 1Gbit, suuuuuuuure

  • Just wanted to update that all the 10 free vps are given out now and all vps server activated/emails sent.
I also wanted to clarify that this plan (Quick;8$) was posted because we were given it out for free and the 8$ price mark was just there to reflect the original price in contrast to free.

Also there seems to be confusion with our promotions and prices, so let me straight this forward for you.

Prices : all prices are prorated to 1st of each month.

Promo Code : LET10 gives you additional 10% Off all our plans ( there are currently 20-25% Off sale on our website)

Promo Code : TOP10FREE gives you the Quick plan for free, for life (recurring) .

@birdie25 this is indeed on gigabit. And it says "1Gbps Connectivity (200Mbps guaranteed per node)" which seems right:
