bandwidth/ traffic is very important cause i gona use TE sites with them... i need min' 3TB bandwidth each VPS.
i know OVH but there is fee of 3$ each IP...(i know its 1 time)
so have 2 option:
1. find 100 VPS 1/2 GB ram, 1/2 core, 3TB+ bandwidth for 2$-2.5$ each.
2. find good DS provider...

so it basically breaks down to 1GB Windows VPS for $2/mo with 3TB of traffic and dedicated IPv4 each
lets do math: for 100 VPS i need 100+ GB ram. so lets pick 128 GBram dedi = 135$.
to create 100 VPS with him i need 100 IP = 300$.
300$+135$= 435$ = not good for me.

it is one time fee. it is not like you gonna change IPs every month, isn't it?

RAM is not everything to be honest ... have you tried putting 100 active, all being used Linux boxes on a single node that costs $135? Let alone Windows.

There is another calc to make - 100VPS x 3TB each = 300TB or a full gigabit 24/7.
This alone costs more than your budget.
The ips and bandwidth is likely gonna burn a hole through your budget.
If TE is cpu intensive we looking at early suspension of the vps.
U$384 one time (128 IPs or /25) + U$179 monthly in BHS is far your best option.
please dont tell me that its not possible... you can find some that sell 1 VPS with all i need for 5$+-. i found some that sell for 3$ but its Russia IP...

That's a lot of servers and a lot of traffic. I sincerely hope you don't end up using any providers that I have services with as it will for sure affect my server in some way.

Op clearly isn't keeping these for longer than 1 month as he can't pay a $3 ovh setup fee. Why would you bother?
If you're only using the VPS for traffic exchange (viewers), why not use Linux with Wine instead of Windows ?

using bat files on windows + some software that dont works on Linux...
Do your ips need to be ipv4?
Probably only way you can make this work in your budget is with ipv6.

You can use Shell and "Wine" let you run Windows stuff on Linux.
Tested Hitleap viewer on a 512mb VPS (from VPSbit), running perfectly.
anyways run 100 in 1 server concurrently is too much even for such specifications
so it's you guys hitting piwik all the time with worthless traffic. great.
