What is the minimum RAM and HDD you can create a VM with?
Depends on the size of the OS you are installing. Virtualizor doesn't let you set less than 1GB of storage, but for RAM I just created a 12MB (with 24MB vswap) RAM VPS running our Debian 7 minimal template. I just installed Apache and it's running:
