I dom't know where you're from, so I can't smell if google is blocked in your country. Maybe include more detailed requirements in your first post next time.

Best of luck. You aren't going to find a 500GB pure SSD VPS for that price, nevermind shared hosting You're going to have to seriously increase your budget and most likely get a VPS. Or you'll have to go with a cached solution.
