Any know some decent offshore providers that take skrill as a payment? Please list any decent providers you know who take skrill. Looking to cash out some gambling winnings and put it towards my vpn project I've been talking about on here.

    What do you mean by offshore VPS?

    As for Skrill, vStoike.ru @jamaica can manually process your order to my knowledge. They don't follow DMCA, according to his words.

    HostSailor (aff link) accepts Skrill too.

    try virtono.com .. my friend bought it from there with skrill.. its romanian provider, 2 locations RO and DE, so far everything good with the vps. But better search for review or contact them for ping or tr test.

    No the vps will not be used for gambling. I just want to spend my gambling winnings on a vps. Hope that clears everything up. VPS will be used for VPN project I'm working on. TUN/TAP must be enabled on VPS. Location I want Eastern Europe/Asia.

    I haven't built a filter for it yet but I list payment methods (as of the time of adding the host in question) on my site: https://www.exoticvps.com/

    Ctrl+F for Skrill or its previous name, Moneybookers.

    No guarantees made for hosts being decent, though.

    There is some misinformation on your site, as for payment methods. Time4VPS doesn't accept Skrill anymore, for instance. Moreover I sent you email about this misinformation about 7 months ago, but I still see Skrill in Payment Method column.

    I can't recommend Virtono. Pretty bad performance. Going with @cociu is far better.
