Reliabe Europe Provider
Hello,
A friend of mine is looking for an EU provider (Germany / France / Netherlands or UK) for a dedicated server. I have no experience with a EU provider before so looking for some options here. (Please no OVH / Hetzner / online.net etc)
Looking for Unmanged provider but someone that acts quickly when needed. (i.e. if there is a network issue, or some HW problem, they act fast).
So, who would you recommend ??

What are your required specs & budget? Mentioning those will make it easier for others to give you appropriate suggestions.
Ohh Sorry, I forgot to mention.
The important thing is reliable and being able to provide support when needed. (not taking hours) So I guess a direct provider having own presence in DC will work. Not a server reseller.
Damn, think the UK is out of it, that'll be way more then $300 in UK.

Do they only deal with businesses?
Yes I had contacted them sometime ago & they said that they offer services to registered businesses only & an up to date and valid trade certificate is also required.
https://www.providerservice.com/ (Bradler & Krantz GmbH & Co KG) are another awesome German provider who also advertise to deal with registered businesses but they do accept individuals also.

Is there a reason why you exclude online.net? They offer different service levels, basic[included], business[20 euros per month] and critical[150 euros per month].
Online.net plus their critical service level sounds like exactly what your friend is looking for.

Thanks, I have sent your details to my friend. For a min I thought it was a pretty good deal then I realized your price was in UK pound. Which makes it out of budget.
Do you see the support and having their own presence requirement? I never heard of them before (may be my limited knowledge) but from the looks of the site, not so sure about support level from them.
Are you using their services?? I saw an offer from redstation.com earlier which seem pretty good. But I have not much info about them.
Well we have two dedicated servers with them never had problems.
