maybe i can use vps instead,

I searching for VPS which offer at least

• 200GB hdd
• 512MB RAM
• 1.5TB+ Bandwidth (1Gbps / 100mbps)
• 1 dedicated ipv4
• may use torrent (legal content)

All of this around 20-30 (euro or USD)/Annually
In my mind was evoburst...any suggestion are pleasure..

@machaiworld Yes! You may use torrent or any other software if you would like to as long as it's legal. High CPU usage wouldn't matter either, because the value is controlled automatically according to fair usage.
