I was trying to set up a test HA environment for one of my websites using lsyncd by using this tutorial:
http://nixcraft.com/ubuntu-debian/18413-two-way-sync-lsyncd.html
The lsyncd seems to start properly however the .log file is not created (although the .status is,which is in the same folder) and as soon as I tried to move some files, lsyncd stopped. And the changes in one VPS is never updated.
I am using Debian 6 32 bit on both VPS.
Could someone kindly help?

@zhuanyi - you can try to run XtreemFS, I prefer it over file syncing in WAN scenarios

Looking into that right now, thanks for the tip

Just remember that you need KVM/Xen/VMWare. In theory it should run on OpenVZ with FUSE and I'm not so brave to use it in production :)

I run lsyncd in production for syncing between a few nodes, works very well. I've had too many bad experiences with fuse filesystems to ever use them in production.

Yes, I would said lsyncd is good as I have setup for one of our client recently.
And nobody answered my question...sigh...
