What server to get (sorry)

Oh noes, another one of these Sorry.

So, as dedicated servers are expensive as hell in Sweden I've looked at some refurbished servers to either just put in my "network room" or collocate. So I've come across two different servers that I'm considering. I'll use the server for virtualization with Proxmox and some game-servers.

Or maybe I'll end up providing Lowendboxes from Sweden :P /sarcasm

Price: 5500SEK (~$640)

I was leaning toward the E3 machine as I was thinking of getting SSDs for the server (SATA3/6Gbit on that server) but as I'm probably going to stick with 4xHDDs I'm now leaning towards the dual X5650 as I can expand the server with more than 32GB RAM (and I guess the RAM is cheaper too :P).

Or, as the second servers is sold from a company with many of these servers (http://cdn.blocket.com/static/2/original/00/0063397139.jpg), I'll buy the E3 and then, later buy some X5650 servers :P

Can't you get something with international shipping? Mind, that would be expensive as hell also...

I've looked at Ebay and some other places but if I were to import it from outside Europe I'd have to pay shipping, import taxes. Also, the dollar exchange rate is really high right now used to be $1 for ~6.5 but now it's at 8.5 so it feels really expensive to import from the US right now. I haven't been able to find anything really comparable inside EU, but I might have been looking in the wrong place

I would go for the E3 just cause it's a lot cheaper to start.. For what you mentioned I think it's more than enough..
