Looking for a cheap box with a pre configured Remote Desktop. US is preferred . 250 GB of outbound , unmetered incoming, 2 cores, 2 GB and KVM. East coast, 1 IPV4, no need for V6.

I would check our Inception Hosting. I picked up a KVM VPS in Miami last month and it's been nice and stable. There's a coupon floating around somewhere also making the price very appealing.
EDIT: Oops, just read the unmetered part. It only comes with 1TB of bandwidth.

Depend on your purpose, most RDP provider on wjuction is for uploading warez or encoding video. I'm not really recommend RDP if you looking for reliability or security. its just shared hardisk on 1 dedicated server, speed, load and performance not guarantee. So better search on LET kvm plan ;p
