I don't believe there is any true lifetime service available.
There is nothing permanent under the sun.

Apart from the mocking there isn't any lifetime vps / lifetime cpanel offerings at all.
I would be surprised if you can find any hosts that could offer you this. I think Tri-Annuanlly is the best you will get, and even that isnt something you always come across.
Well in regards of VPS I've heard of CloudAtCost, but according to quite a lot of people they're horrible.
Won't be $7 for sure.
Well, say maybe someone starts to offer one typical 1GB VPS lifetime at $8.8mil, would you take it?

There's no lifetime VPS until there's no lifetime billing for electricity and bandwidth. Think logically.
