@fitvpn you'd be very surprised, every problem I had was addressed or another solution was given to me. These guys are very professional and know their business. If the DC is offshore then it is offshore, regardless of the location except for countries like USA and UK. Although there are some guys like Shark Servers (http://www.sharkserve.rs/) who are based in the UK and claim that they are offshore.
I don't tell they not professional, but about offshore,don't lie please. Only few countries can be called offshore in Europe. Depending TLD of your link they really located in Serbia, real offshore location. Set UK address not such a problem. I don't think real UK citizens take Serbian TLD and billing in USD for their business
