Would it be possible to split the 175GB into two disks - 10GB and 165GB so that I can install Open Media Vault?

@StartledPhoenix When you say split do you mean simply have two different partions (vda1 and vda2 type deal) or more of two actual separate disks?
If the first, then you can easily load up an iso for manual install and make different mount points.
