Delivery took me 5 days till I publically bashed them about it. I also paid extra for a windows license I did not get instead I got the standard 180 days evaluation.

I get quite good speeds and this is across the pond too, https://i.imgur.com/45dB0nY.png.

If you're looking for 1-3 delivery days, it will be a dream. I've been waiting for 3 weeks and it hasn't even been provisioned yet.

I wanted to give them a chance even when I read some of their bad provision time reviews. But I guess, it's biting me at the back now.

  • @abelchua said:

What is your order ID, or ticket number? These should never even approach 3 days let alone over a week. Have you tried calling our toll free support number?

Not even close. All of our servers are on a full 1 Gbps port with multiple 10G aggregate backbones peered directly to NYC and Philadelphia USA. If you'd like to inquire further, please email [email protected] and we'll assist you with any speed test questions or problems.

  • @jazz1611, please email us and we'll see if we can accommodate your rush setup.

Delivery has been solved, the server has been already delivered to me. I'm just saying it can take up to 5 days unless you post publically about it

  • @volumedrive: Ticket ID: 517493. Please look it and setup fast as possible for me.

  • Order ID: 107797 On 2nd Of February.

Please fix it and make sure you don't bill me this month. I have a full month without any delivery of the service

I've bought a server about a month ago and received it within 24 hours! Everything works fine, there is just one annoying thing... I can't reboot the server without getting stuck in the Dell-Startup-Menu so I have to request a manual reboot every time. You should really try to fix that.

I have a couple QuadIX servers rn. Both perform well, great deal for the price. No real complaints other than their IPs being limited to ARIN's final allocations.

Nothing is wrong with their service (it's good actually), it's just the initial setup and support sometimes is a crawl and could use a kick.

Yeah, I didn't mention it at first, but initial setup took quite a while for me too, every time. I don't really see it as a reason to complain, though, considering the price.

Comparing with other companies within the same price range, Wholesaleinternet, DataShack, Delimiter, JoesDC

Clearly VD/QuadIX needs some internal work done, Their SSL expired About 100+ days ago

It looks like they left the VolumeDrive brand to dust and have focused all their minds on QuadIX

I've tried Datashack, WSI, Delimiter, JoesDC - All those companies gave the promised turnaround time of within 1-2 days, While good old VolumeDrive said the same but took 5 days instead and if I didn't raise public awareness of this it would have taken much longer I would have bet.

  • lol 5 days? I've waited 30 days. and still waiting lol...

5 days would be good enough for me. and yeah they shouldn't really leave us hanging like that.

Glad to see everything is running well. Make sure BIOS isn't set to pause on an error or anything like that.

Glad to see the feedback. We have over 30,000+ IPv4 addresses which include many ranges not on ARINs final depletion list. If you need one changed, please let us know.

  • @volumedrive Really? I did ask for different IPs a month or two ago, but was told by support that ARIN's last stand was all you had.
