Although I read quite a lot of "possibility" on doing OVERSELLING using Xen 4.1++ (using XenServer 6.2++, etc), but it is truly hard (means: not so easy) to make that happen in the production state. SolusVM + Xen is definitely impossible to do the OverSell!

SolusVM has mobile template and everywhere I can access my email I can access solusvm. Even if I really wanted I can use the API to make a Web page or app. RemoteReboot has no function other to play about with

Whenever I refresh the page, anything PHP based on winnervps.com stops loading until the latency page is done refreshing. PHP appears to be used on nearly every page on your site. You may want to correct the issue before people can't load your site without unreasonable delay.

Yes, you are correct. Thanks for the information. the "latency refresh" system is a LIVE system. So whenever you click the button (or "refresh"), it will try to retrieve the data and it will block other excessive processes per session only (means: that it will halt / wait until the page completed based on session/user) due to security reasons.
