Do not buy especially OpenVZ VPS from a company you aren't fully certain about.
With OpenVZ the host (and/or some other customer on the node) has much more ways to ruin your day.
And their KVM pricing is nothing special whatsoever.

  • Terrible, never got my order, sent a support ticket a month ago, no answer until now.

  • okay, can close this thread now.

  • Go for OVH OpenVZ if you really need a budget solution. I had 5 FirstHeberg low end boxes and eventually moved with OVH.

Can't deny they replied to my support tickets within 24 hours and my server has only been down once so I can't skate them like everyone else, can't say I've ever got a DDoS though but their network avgs 200down and 85 up but it can be slow at times, the server I have is a pain apart from the fact they have French only Windows distros which take a while to translate into english (6hours for the patch God knows why) - dedi and not a VPS so you know j can't comment on VPS services

Well. I use their 1,5 eur plan.

    IO 30mb/s , network okay 10mb/s
    Support responsive within 1-2 hour.

    yum update took 30 minute.

    Delete.
