I was looking for openstack based providers found armorshark.com under an old offer section of LET. I tried to access the site but seems not working are they still in business? any idea?

50 Units is 50% of a CPU core (as a soft limit, you can burst up to an entire core if there is nobody else with that quota assigned yet (and we leave some overhead for bursting of course.) That is 100% CPU time as well, so you could get 1/2 of the CPU cycles on that thread on the host machine, or better.
