Would you be interested in KVM or openVZ?
If you can provide KVM at $15/yr @512MB Ram then I would prefer KVM.
Either would be OK for me. OpenVZ is usually cheaper so it may get you more customers, but abusers as well. KVM is more "high end" but usually doesn't fit the $15/year pricing.
In all fact that's great advice. We put up the LA kvm node and we had 50% more abusers then we have ever had on our openvZ node.
