Project Managing and Invoicing Tool

Hello,
I am looking for a project managing and invoicing tool with the following features:
- Multiple companies (so that I can invoice as company A and Company B. I work for several companies)
- Project management with to do list and file upload
- Client login
Where can I find this? At this moment I am using FusionInvoice and PhpEasyProject but I would like to have one system instead of two.

How about a Redmine with an invoice plugin? (no aff., first G result for Redmine invoices)
Does PhpEasyProject do that?
