Sorry, That because IDC in Thailand not stable. It always have big problem 2-3 times in each year. and IPAddresses in Thailand is very expensive, Estimate Cost 3-4 USD/m.

Maybe for you! But we simply can't have a reasonably cheap/expensive, correctly maintained server with a 15/30 ms ping. That is a problem for some people around here.
