anyone try BuyVM what about uptime.
Uptime is great. Shared doesn't really have issues (to be fair nor do the VM's). We had a poorly planned maintenance in October that took a little longer than I had planned (around 1 1/2 hours total instead of the 30 minutes I was hoping).
There is a maintenance due for shared01 in the coming few days (not emailed yet but will be soon) that is being done so we can install additional drives for backups. We were originally remotely storing backups but this has been a bit of a pain so it's just better for us to upgrade the chassis size and put an extra localized RAID10 just for backups.
Past that it's straight forward.

My 5gb cPanel account on shared01 has been a little slow recently, it takes like 20 seconds to get past the cPanel "logging you in" screen and all the cPanel pages are mega slow
It could be the filtered IP, put in a ticket? Loads are pretty low whenever I check on them. Plenty of CPU (12 - 14 cores spare), IOWAIT < 2%. IOWAIT is usually well under 1% but with backup scripts at night it can take a few.

Noticed this as well sometimes, cPanel stuff can be a bit slow but other than that everything's been running smoothly.

For sure, let me know! If you remember around what times it might have happened I can look into it more. It's a problem if the main sites are burping at the same time, but it could be cpanel's auto updates causing it. Please ticket, though

My shared01 for Reseller only had downtime when they upgrade RAM last month since 3 months ago.
@Francisco can u tweak about cache stuff so it can perform well with W3 Total Cache??
Varnish maybe..APC perform same with using Disk with W3TC.
You can put in a ticket & provide a way to test W3TC and I can go from there? If we need admin access, just make us a sub admin user and give us permission to login.
I don't have a lot of experience with W3TC but I'm sure we can find the sweet spot
