Can I use my own ISO?
No. OnApp does not yet allow loading your own ISO and performing a custom OS installation, unfortunately. It's one of (if not the most) OnApp requested features.
It looks like the pro-rata billing cause when I use the coupon it gives me price of $0.30 instead of $0.50
You are correct, it pro-rata to your billing day date (day of the month you signup)
