Well you can directly port forward openvpn on the node itself, otherwise you really cannot do anything, as I have control over my nodes, so I could do it if I wanted to on my vm's but like I said above unless you can actually ssh into the host node and set the port forward on the host node itself there isn't anything really you can do unless you contact your host to do it or if you have control of your node like me, I can show you how to do it.
Short Answer: Yes but please read my explanation above on how you would do it and set it up.
