If you told them you sold Bitcoins, your account will be frozen/banned/etc...

Maybe tell buyers to write "I'm aware of this transmission, this is by choice, items recieved" etc etc on the notes next time. Not sure if it'll work legally but seemed legit to me.

Screenshot every step when sending Bitcoins it will helps as proof of sending.. This helps me twice recover funds where recipient said - not delivered
