Best option to stream an internet radio station (not to play one)
I have a kimsufi currently trying to install windows for radiodj.ro but before I do, I'd like to know what's the best software for streaming an internet radio station. Preferably with Icecast. I have tried Airtime but feel like its scheduling has some changes that need to be made so I'm switching now. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
EDIT: trying to clarify what I mean. I am talking about taking songs on a server and aligning them up in a playlist to stream to a radio station for others to hear. NOT a media player that plays radio stations

I think Sam Broadcaster has grown to be something of a de facto standard.
When I was doing some online radio, Sam broadcaster was the way to go (~2 years ago). I don't know now.
I've heard many bad things about Sam Broadcaster. A lot of the people on the radiodj forums compare sam to radiodj.
Check out Freeplayer. It's even free!
Uhh. I was looking for streaming radio solutions. To stream my own radio station.
Yeah, it doesn't have it's own streaming thing imcluded. To solve this, check out

That's a perfect combination, I used this before and haven't experienced any issues.
