We are currently running testing on our new KVM hardware, I can't give an ETA at the moment, but the hardware is ready to be racked after testing.

He answered the question though, and marking that as medium priority? come on...

    He did, very vague.

    For example:
No, what? No that I can't change, no that it costs, no that it isn't an option?

And how come Alex gives me a different answer:
    http://puu.sh/c9CxL/88f947fbc7.png

He obviously didn't answer it correctly.

Marking it as medium was the default option that came up.

So don't assume that he did the right job, when he obviously didn't...
noob. (sorry I had to xD).

  • They both answered your question, which was "does it COST[...]?".
Second one did explain further, which does not make his, nor the first answer incorrect, "noob".

If you want to argue that their/his answer was vague, then so was your question.
Going to order now btw, let's see..

  • Hmm, my English is not so good, but I still understand that 2 answers from HostUS are the same, and they replied your question correctly.

  • what this product allowed use ex: bittorrent client?

  • Best support ever.

Had few problems with my server before, and all was fixed smoothly.
