SYS SoYouStart: Server connection speeds

Hi people,

SYS advertises the connection of their dedicated servers as 250Mbps.

I've got a few questions, would be nice to get an answer from those who actually own one there:
1. Does the 250Mbps refer only to the upload speed and download speed is up to 1Gbps?
2. Is 250Mbps hard-capped or just the bare minimum?
3. How fast (both download and upload) are people actually able to transfer stuff to/from these machines?

2. Very Hard-capped
3. i've had over 900Mbps on download and 244Mb up.
