  • Will the wildcard also be renewed every year for free? Or is it a one year thing?

  • @VMBox How to order cPanel License? It not on order form.

  • Is the 5 IPs when paid annually, also only in LA? (I presume yes, wording to me is slightly ambiguous)

    SSL's can be renewed free.

cPanel is only available in PHX and NL.

5 IP's when paid annually in LA only.

VMBox was very rude in dealing with customer support, and will suspend service at any time.

It is strongly recommended not to use their services.

I do not want to expose too much information. In my experience, their service is very tricky.

Waited three days have not received the certificate issued, so I sent several tickets asked about the progress, after a while it was very strange that my services was terminated and refunded, and tell me they will not be provided service to me.

    What a terrible experience.

Too much information? You're happy to just leave bad comments though without anything to back it up?

So basically you spammed support about the FREE SSL you wanted and your payment was refunded instead?

Why not post the ticket? I mean unless you are hiding something that you don't want people seeing which I think is the case.

So basically your saying 'take what I said with a grain of salt'. Your slamming them, not backing it up and sounding dodgy in the process.

been using them for ober six months by now. but I've never seen such issues with support. they are a little slow sometime, but I found them co-operative.

and by the way, I also redeemed that free ssl certificate, never had any problem either.

We treat SSL orders with low priority. They're a freebie given away with the VPS purchase not an actual service we sell. If you're too impatient to wait for the freebie, we simply refund your payment so you can go and get the one elsewhere.

  • Can we use the SSL for any domain we want? I am coincidentally needing to renew my wildcard!

Yes, although they are only supposed to be used on our network.

@VMBox Are you running something like kernelcare?

No, the last reboot on that node and most nodes was from the OpenVZ exploit that required reboots. All nodes are usually very stable and don't require much attention from us. Nodewatch also helps a great deal.

Is that what you was getting at?
