Hello All,
I want to do some xen vs kvm benchmark comparisons for my review paper.
Where I can find a provider which offers both xen and kvm hyper visor so I can do some side by side comparison on the both.
I know there are many such comparisons online but I have to show the video tape of comparison to authority panel.
so please let me know if you have any idea for this
I have already tried installing xen server on the vlutr using custom iso but I'm unable to install xen hypervisor there.

Which Xen, there are a few kinds of Xen
you can only do this if you have your own dedi to use as you cannot predict the impact of other users on the server on the results.
I have done this and can tell you tl;dr
performance:
Xen PV beats Xen HVM
KVM Beats XEN PV+HVM
Stability under load:
Xen beats all.
Network throughput
Xen PV+HVM beat KVM by a narrow margin
So bottom line, for day to day performance (modern) KVM wins
OpenVZ sits somewhere in the middle.
You can start writing a paper of your own, with your experience and input I am sure it would get published in a reputable journal
What about PVh? AKA: Xen BOSS mode.
I have not directly compared it however I doubt the results would be significantly different, will be interesting though.
+1 I'm looking forward to some benchmarks on this too.
