Hi, I am having connection issue to my site.

I am working with their support about it. They seem to be able to access it. So it could be firewall or connection problem from my side.

Could you please help checking if you can view this page https://neptune.weloveservers.net:2083/login/

    I can connect. SSL cert error though. Perhaps your computer is strict about that?

    I've tried to spin a windows VM in Dallas to access it, but not successful. If possible, could you mention your area if you can load it? I can do some VPN to do the backup.

    The Netherlands, SSL cert errors though.

    Works from Canada but SSL error here too.

    SSL 'error' too, but that is normal on shared ip's etc. Your problem can come if you are using mozilla (mozilla have some issues with geting certs even localy made ones), try with Chrome.

    For more details:

    SSL cert is issued to neptune.onlinenode.net, so you might need to speak with your provider about that one.

    Shared IP address, shared SSL certificate with bad records, just bad.

    Only SSL error, try clear your browser (or use another browser) if you get an endless loop.

    Doesn't load on my computer (Chrome), loads fine on my iPad (Safari)

    The results will be different. Bottom line, as @GoodHosting said, you should contact your provider to install a valid SSL Certificate for the server.
