Any experience with filoo.de ?

Hello all.
I've been taking a look at European VPS's recently because I might require one in the future.
filoo.de appear to have very premium features (for example, a V-Lan for every server), and a nice looking control panel, but they also look expensive (3,99 € for 128MB RAM, 10GB disk). If anyone has used them in the past, I'd be really grateful for some feedback about uptime and performance.
I have to admit, compared to a Kimsufi for 4.99 € per month, I'm really not sure if this is value for money, but features like "Firewall with Web Administration" make it very tempting, so I'm currently undecided.
Thanks in advance for your help

Internal networking, you can use virtual router as firewall and quite a bit cheaper I think.
Thank-you very much for the suggestion.
That looks impressive, as does the pricing, so I'll certainly keep them in mind.
CPU's are expensive.
just for the record, filoo is quite reputable here in germany. Some larger sites in Germany rely on them like http://www.autohaus24.de/ or http://www.mindmeister.com
I know they might be quite expensive, but often it turns out you get what you pay for.
Thank-you. I'm still very tempted by them, especially after knowing that. I use mindmeister a lot actually, so that's a nice familiar brand. Do you know if their support is German only? That's not really a problem for me if it is, but I'm just interested to know.
Sorry, I don't know if their support also speaks english, but I think this is a great opportunity to get a first impression if you are interested in their services. I personally like using such situations to figure from the answer and response time how much a provider cares.
That's a very nice idea, thank-you. I'll ticket in and ask about what languages they support, plus how exactly their traffic fair use principal works. Thanks again.
Did you end up contacting them? Any follow up? I'm curious about this as well.
I never got around to it, but I'll try today. With regard to the traffic fair use, it says on their website "Traffic nach Fair Use Prinzip: Bis zu 500GB Datentransfer pro 1GB vRam" which means you get 500GB data per 1GB of RAM.
