So, what do you guys think of our logo? I'm really happy with the results.

I see what you mean. It might just be too distracting, though. I'm seeing that I'm drawn to the image first and then reading the font. If it was bolder, I fear that your eyes would go to the VM first.

It's very nice and I like the colours, but I can't help but feel the "l" is a little bit too tall.

To be honest I didn't notice it until the other guy mentioned it, but it's one of those things where once you see it, you will never unsee it.

I think it is good, but the VM letters could be thicker and perhaps you could reduce the vibration of red to something more matte like red wine.

Thanks for all the feedback guys! I really appreciate it, I'll wait a bit to send the e-mail to my designer and see what adjustments we can make, so I can get a bit more feedback.
