Does anyone knows a provider which offers shared hosting and VPS servers at Low End prices in the state of Delaware?

    For a VPN/Proxy I suppose? :)
    I'm pretty sure its hard to find a VPS in Delaware, never saw one before.

    Does it have to be in Delaware? They're are not many data centers over there. So the price will be higher cost for you, why not check out Boston? You'll get the exact same server for cheaper and have pretty much the same latency.....

    Get cheaper rates shared hosting plans from web hosting companies with Denver and Chicago datacenters.

    Buy a dedicated server out of VA/DC and request the IPs to be SWIP'd to the Delaware POC
