  • I was able to signup and redeem $50 credits. Does these credits expire in one month or we can use it after the first month?

@mothership1 In the pricing page here https://www.mothership1.com/wiki_gcb/Pricing#/CloudSpace I am seeing the first cloud space is free and additional spaces are $5/m. Can you explain how that works?

I'd rather it be something like $10 credit instead of $50 / month (which imo attract abusers).

Anyway, I'm curious about your storage plan. $0.03 per GB with unlimited put / pull / get requests? That means you don't charge for incoming or outgoing bandwidth right?

    No email too.

  • Its strange only me got their activation email . its sent via mandrill for the address [email protected]

  • Hi, we read some users are not getting a validation e-mail, support is investigating and will contact the users individually.

  • Hi, to answer the question whether the credit expires: The welcoming credit remains if you upload credit after 1 month. After that credit will not expire, unless the account is inactive for a very long time.

When you add an additional Cloud Space, it can be managed directly from the navigation bar into your account. This additional Cloud Space will have its private firewall and IP address.

I would use Mothership1 but what turned me off was that you're only using wildcard SSL and not EV SSL.

    25 USD

@mothership1 - You said add credit after 1 month, which technically is a long time. Can you elaborate?

It really turned me off to be honsest. Any serious company will worry about the first impression, which is what counts: in this case it wasn't nice. No EV SSL.

  • So to utlize that USD 50 or part there of after the first month, one should add 25USD, or finish off that 50 within the first month? well i can see things now.

finally received the verification email just now, but only add $5 credit? not $50 ...

You should probably let Amazon, Google, Yahoo, Facebook, OVH, 1and1, BlueHost, and the hojillion other very serious companies that don't use EV SSL know that they're making such a bad first impression!
