in terms of "best resource offer" + your budget you would be better off getting a dedicated server https://www.datashack.net/dedicated the problem is that you need management, you could send a email to their pre-sale department asking if they could help you do a one-time setup. another option might be paying someone else to set things up for you?

Dedicated box in itself is w-a-y more than I need (have 1 domain and site) and would be an overkill. 2GB mem requirement is there because of an app that needs around 640MB when I'm working on projects, and I don't want a server cron job killing it when in use and losing all the data.
All I need is the help on moving in. Maintaining the server I can do myself (been working on, in and around computers since 1983, so no spring chicken).
