My most important server are run by Colorhost and RamNode. I use them as backup vps and all my important files are saved there. Obviously I would be really fucked if both got wiped.
The I use WeLoveServer, IT7 (bandwagonhost xvmlabs), LowEndSpirit, onepoundwebhosting (main webserver - also very important) and OVH. I've got VPSs with serveral other providers as well, but not really for production uses.
RamNode for serious projects, HostHatch for non-serious projects, random LEB for fun stuff.

I've got two production servers with them right now, I don't have hardly any issues at all. I mean sometimes stuff does go wrong but for the price I'm not complaining to much.

Just out of curiosity, most providers do not provide VIP, the only exceptions are luna node and iwstack, how do you handle the production with single point failure? Just bite the bullet, or throw more operation resource to handle it manually?

Serverian Brands, CatalystHost, BuyVM, RamNode are also in my list. More than stability/performance, maturity of the people running it and support will be contributing factors for my decision.
