They sell discounted VPS and IP addressess and when you buy service, they simle dont give you what you pay for,I order VPS with 3 IPs for 3.83$ with CUPON 65% off (10.50$ orginal price)and befor I buy it I send them this pre -sales question.
I send them pre-sales question because I find one their offer here with regular price and I didn't know in first place for discount.

After that i buy VPS and IPs ,but when I sow VPs is with only 1 IP I open ticket
"Can you alocate please my aditional 3 IP addresses,I can't configure name servers in cPanel/WHM without these IP .I look in solus Vm,WHMCS client area and there is no aditional IPs,I look also inside VPS and there is only venet 0:0 with main IP .

You're receiving this virtual server at a highly discounted rate, especially the IP addresses. You would be paying at least 3 times more per month at every other hosting provider for the plan you're getting here. You are talking like you are forcing to put this price,like this is not your choice,and your tone is quite unusual for support,as I know support shoud help clients not calculate prices,and how price has anything with this issue.I'm very happy with this provider response time,infact this VPS is activated 5 seconds after I payed for which is fastest I ever get but If you will alocate IPs latter just say that.I'm always willing to pay more for quality and there is no discount that will force me to stay if I'm not happy.
If you said in e-mail or any where in client area that aditional IPs are procesed but will be alocated latter I woudn't open this ticket at all,but every where I look I can see 1 IP alocated,how can I know you are aware that my IPs are not alocated,so don't get me wrong ,I'm not complain about anything just want to know that everything is procesed as it shoud.And just for record I have 3 VPS more at other provider at 4.00$ for 1GB ram and 80gb storage + 10$ for cPanel internal licence and I must migrate that VPSs and leave that provider(very good provider) because they provide 2 IPv4 only and doesn't provide aditional IPs at any price,IPs are main rason I'm here not discount,when I find good user reviews about your company I didn't know for discount at all.So it is quite unprofesional to complain about OWN prices.

You bought additional IPs at a price that we are not willing to sell them at. You can buy additional IPs at $1/month however you cannot use the 65% off coupon with the additional IP purchase.

In short He convince me in pre sales response that this is regular discount and also said that I can buy IPs as many as I want,than after 7 days of waiting He said that He cheat me,as they confirm me that I can order service,they proces my order,give me invoice ,charge for it and after 7 day He just exclude main reson I buy anything and refund partialy invoice.
I said in pre-sales question and in ticket suport that I don't want VPS without ability to buy more IPs,so this was very rude behavior
I offer to buy IPs at regular price and I will se what he will be but NOW I sow that He still sell 1.5- 2GB RAM discounted plans with 4 Ip addresses for 3.5$. And this offer is still live and there is even better VPS for less money and with 4 IPis ,one I remeber is 2GB VPS+ 4 IP for 3.50$ .
Since I find positive rewievs at low end talk and few others places I want to share this with other users,and put this thread at low end talk and all other places where they offer plans they will never deliver.

It's not our responsibility if you are unable to effectively understand the English language. I implied with my responses that you can buy as many IPs in Amsterdam as you'd like however you have to purchase at regular price, $1/m unless you buy more than 5. You cannot use the 65% off coupon on IPs. That would make each Amsterdam IP 35 cents which is ridiculously stupid.
I already offered you a very generous rate. You'd be paying 3 times more anywhere else so if you'd like to cancel your account and pay 3x more please feel free. This thread isn't going to make me give you unsustainable pricing I'm sorry.

@AlexanderM Just because we have thousands of unused IPs doesn't mean we're going to give RIPE IPs away for stupid pricing. Our pricing is already 3 times lower than your average EU host. If he wants to find another host offering pricing anywhere remotely near ours he can go ahead, our current customers would be more than happy to take his IPs.
When you put up screenshots, remove all the unreadable cut and pasting please. It's making everyone's eyes hurt.
The 65% is guaranteed to apply to your VPS but not IPs. Nowhere did I say it would apply to the IPs. Again if you want to look somewhere else for anywhere near the same pricing please feel free. Cancelation is a few clicks away. We're not giving unsustainable pricing for IPs. The checkout will be updated momentarily to reflect this policy.

@joelgm With all due respect please read carefully. Yes you can buy any number of additional IPs in Amsterdam. Yes they require no justification. The price is a firm $1.00 per month per IP address unless you order in bulk. The 65% OFF coupon on our website is guaranteed to apply to your VIRTUAL SERVER but not for IPs. Using the 65% off coupon on IPs will make each IP 35 cents per month. We can do that for US VPSes but NOT in Amsterdam. We reserve the right to deny requests/orders for additional IPs as per our Terms of Service.
The checkout will be updated momentarily to reflect different options to purchase additional IPs in the US and additional IPs in EU.
This is not disputable. $1/month for as many additional IPs w/o justification in Amsterdam is already a huge bargain. There's not any other host that would touch this pricing/arrangement, nor our VPS pricing for the specifications we offer.

I have all transcripts and screenshots so it is clear,and I stated many time that PRICE is not issue but IP addreses,why not they say in first ticket they will not provide IPs,insted 7 days after and about 20 messages,I do everything I shoud do,i check with them is this discount REGULAR and you can see it is stll there on todays screen shots.
If they not provide discount on IPs why they processed on invoice and why they charge for it and today refund it,i woudn't ask IPs if they are not processed and payed,we all know how cupon code work,you must assign it to each product or to product group.
