Just sharing info about this update.

What’s New in Webmin 1.690

1.Webmin Number of security fixes for XSS attacks in popup windows.

2.Included Fail2Ban module, for blocking SSH failed login attempts.

3.Improved Ubuntu 14.04 support.

4.More translations update in German, Norwegian, Catalan and Bahasa Malaysia.

5.Supports for binary slave DNS zones.

6.Detects invalid chroot to the bind module.

7.It will now support IPV6-only servers for more accurate FTP transfers.

8.Address based access control for IPV6 server as well.

9.Filters for Users, Groups and file chooser popups.

10.Now supports rolling back LVM snapshots.

11.Updated several Perl codes for webmin modules to be more strict and warnings compliant.

12.Modules will now be able to detect more bugs.

    How do I activate this on my updated Webmin (with Virtualmin)?

    you need to have fail2ban installed on your system first, then webmin will recognize and should enable that module on webmin
