DotVPS Merging into Virtora
So, it looks like DotVPS is merging. A few of the highlights from their site:
There won't be any price increase. Current prices will be kept as is. Existing infrastructure will be kept as is. However, new services and offers will become available in the future as we expand our presence.
There won't be any migrations. You will be able to use your service as always without interruption. As mentioned above we will not be interfering with existing infrastructure but rather expanding on it.
DotVPS employee Jack Septhon (@Jack) is no longer with us, he has helped with the transitional period over the past months and has now found new employment.
What do you all think about this? I'm very interested to see where the brand goes.

It's a rebrand, not a merger. The OP misspoke I believe.
EDIT: In all fairness, it seems they're calling it a 'merge' too, which is still wrong. Everyone should know better.
We still own it. It'll be managed by a recently hired sub management team reporting us from now on.
They spelled Jack's last name wrong.
New team and etc. Great. Now the service could be better or not. (i mean the shared hosting,reseller hosting if there will be , because at reseller there is many downtime.)
