Looking for VPS for VPN, Northern/Eastern Europe with IPv6
I've been with TorqHost for a year now on their €9/year plan, and whilst they've been pretty good they're obviously not going to get IPv6 anytime soon, plus I like to move my VPN IP's around every once in a while.
So I'm looking for a smallish VPS purely for OpenVPN-AS in a similar location, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania etc. Not interested in UK, NL, Germany or Italy.
Rough specs:
128-256 RAM
150+ B/W
100mbps+ port
5GB disk
At least 1 IPv4 & 1 IPV6 address
Hoping to get a nice yearly deal, would be looking for around the $15 price bracket.
Any suggestions/recommendations?

@racksx may be able to do something in Romania, they are new but who knows. They seem to know their stuff

OpenVPN-AS is what I want to use, yes. The only other thing I may do with it is to use it for the occasional archive team effort.
may I ask for what you need ipv6 with a vpn?

Exactly as @Infinity580 suggested, I need to be able to connect to my IPv6 only services.
Anyone have any recommendations?
