Looking for dedicated servers ( VPS node ) ( bulk order )

First post here, so very sorry if i'm posting wrong place.
I'm looking for dedicated servers with follow spec :
- E3-1240v3 or better
- 32GB Ram
- 4 x 128GB SSD
- 1Gbps - 10TB bandwidth or more
- /27 with swip and rdns
- quantity : 5 or 6 at first order ( maybe more if you have good price )
- location : us west coast is best, but another us locations are just fine
- provider can do custom OS installation at first time for me for free ( setup centos 6, software raid10 and partition meet solusvm requirements )
- Network uptime must 99.999% uptime or better ( i switch from current upstream provider to new one because their network not make me happy ) and have network uptime sla ( for sure that they take care their network better )
My budget: none, will go with who can offer best price

They do have buffalo(new york) ones in stock
I don't known why, i ordered with many providers, almost my orders were marked as fraud, but when i contact providers, they review and accept my orders. But with getdedi they didn't do that...
@foulacy where do you see that? Their web site is showing out of stock for everything except their $175/month E3?

Buying 10 dedis at once before actually trying? Sounds like big bs to me, just no reason why someone would lie about that
