It is not implemented at the moment, plans to work on it in "the winter." So soon I assume. When they say they're developing something, they seem to actually mean it, so I expect it'll be soon.

  • Hmm, anyone know anything about slave servers? Like what Kloxo can do? I checked their forum and around the internet but all I could find were DNS salves and having the DNS/Web/Mail/etc spilt up.

Like redundant clones or do you mean from server A provision new virtual host on server B?

  • From server A provision new virtual host on server B is what Kloxo can do.

Kloxo also have an easy to use feature to move clients across VPS easily

Ah I see. No built in feature. You would have to execute /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-add-web-domain over SSH I suppose. Could easily be scripted, of course.

Yes, since VestaCP templating system is well structured, it would be easy to make such script.

A provision new virtual host on server B. I would go with Kloxo but my times with Kloxo are done and I want to try something new.

kindly let me know if there is any way to get ipv6 working in vestacp...

    thanks

  • "Unfortunately, IPv6 is not currently supported. Integration work will begin closer to winter."

Currently IPv6 is not supported, it is development and should be released soon. They have no ETA at this moment.

No panel based IPv6 but you can always edit your config files and add a listener on IPv6. I think he said he's looking at possibly adding support for it this month.
