It's based on Fedora 19 and the upstream Linux 3.10 kernel.

How about XEN?
I'm making an EL7B template as soon as I can get the $50 necessary.
Looks like it’s not officially supported, it has to be custom kernel built. Here is an example of a Fedora 19 Xen installation: http://major.io/2013/06/02/installing-the-xen-hypervisor-on-fedora-19/
That's not a custom kernel. That's stock kernel. It needs a couple packages that aren't default though.
Our right since version 3.0 of the Linux kernel, Xen support for dom0 and domU exists in the mainline kernel.
