Let's create a resource for Ansible Playbooks

Hey,

I stumbled upon Ansible today, and I feel pretty stupid because I didn't hear about it earlier.

Which Playbooks do you use?

Let's create an ultimate thread with useful playbooks.

Cheers.

Why a thread? why not a wiki or blog or something?

  • Why not take a little extra time and learn Chef or Puppet?

Once you get over the learning curve of either they both are super powerful and have a ton of community support.

I did. mostly chef. For an IT oriented person Ansible is the way to go imho. Chef/puppet are too complicated and more for programmer types. Ansible is much easier and still very powerful.
