CPU speed and page load speed

shaanlshaanl Member

Hi guys

How "much" would the CPU speed of a LEB affect the load speed of a site?

Say the LEB was set up with the following:
nginx optimized for one site, using php-fpm as a socket
mysql potentially optimized for one site
nsd3 for dns
wordpress as the platform (say using the twenty twelve theme)
no caching (yet, just want to get an idea of how cpu would affect load speed)

The LEB would have (apparently) a single 2.6Ghz xeon processor and 1024MB RAM.

Thank you!

it's based on your website visitors per same time.
It's based on many different parameters. But i say: it's low usage, not really high. But if your visitors more than 20 per second, it's willl load i think > 100%
But again, it's depends on server-side scripts/php, etc things. So it's imposible to say to you. Just do experiment.

    siege help you
    (apt-get install siege)
